With a few exceptions, the first set of people inspires positive feelings. Good manners, respect, integrity, reliability, etc.
The second set? Bad language, controversial issues, loudness, short temper.
All are good people in their own way. What made the difference? LANGUAGE.
So if you want to be respected, in person or virtually or anonymously, language is key.
