Prof.Jaya Shanker is true since those days Telangana people are overlooked and used as second level staff by Andras. Because of that frustration only all the people of Telangana are very much for telanagana. I am also a sufferer under the Andhra Rule and have to migrate to US for my skills and still I support for separate Telanagana so that at least now Telangana people will not suffer like we were. it requires enormous amount of knowledge, courage and adaptation to fathom truth. they can not change.
i guess, kondandaram and jayashanker did their thesis on injustice to telangana. no wonder they continue pursuing this line of thought.
