    Approach the legal system!
These kind of guerrilla courts by media are becoming a challenge to our constitution system and legal process itself. All for what? T fkin RP

She went to police station but the police officer took the side of her husband's family. she is correct in coming to media coz every one should know so if something happens every one will know who is wrong.

its not her that she got cheated...by looking she should get justice..and screw the police taking her husband's side...he should know that having media influence is stronger than police influence...i wish her her husband and her in laws die in a car crash...just because they money doesnt define character..what kind of a human being u r defines character...i'm on her side and hope the best for her in the future after she leaves hell :)

We should not believe all these. I know the incident where they are happily living for 3 years and they do not want the childran for sometime (because they are studying). Unfortunatly that guy did not pass the exam. So this lady told that that guy is impotent and got the divorce. That is not true that he is impotent. This only financial and life, but ladies simply say he is impotant.

He later pass the exam and settle financially and married and now has 2 children.
These type of ladies, we should not encourage in public.

The better approach is go to doctor for treatment. if not get the certificate of impotent and approach the lawer for divorse.

What is the need for going to police station and media.

I am unable to believe this lady.
She is not even able to talk in front of the media properly. She doesn’t even have courage to talk even though that TV anchor is giving lot of courage to talk and answer his questions. Look at the way she is answering like an eddu moddu avatharam. She doesn’t even know what she wants and she cannot even explain her problem. How can we believe that she dared to go to the HRC and complain? Someone is intentionally doing this for money.

As per Hindu marriage act if either spouse do not want the other spouse, they need to pay live allowance to other spouse.

In this case these girl what divorce and also want money from her spouse. Which is not legal.

So she can apply for divorce only underground that her husband is impotent. So she is trying all sort of things. Do not beleve these girl.

This would make an amazing film story:
Guy and Girl deeply in love, Girls parents as usual pain in the ass, Girl-Guy make a plan, Girl marries some bozo, later blames the bozo for a small dick, blackmails etc, gets the money and divorce..she gets back to her lover and they both enjoy in Thailand :P

closing shots: Girl-Guy on beach, ex-husband in mental hospital, ex-in laws dead due to heart attacks, parents of the girl are watching her Thailand album happily while eating vadas.

Aa ammayi ki kanisam ela answer cheppalo theliydam ledhu, asala aa qs ardham kavadam ledhu. Ilanti vatiki kuda anchor ni mogodini pettaru, ame entha ibbandhi paduthundo answers cheppadanki. Idhey police la daggara inka ela untadho alochinchandi. Vallu entha chandalam ga vagutharo thelsa.

Ammayiki pillalu puttaledhani entho mandhi mogollu 2 marriages cheskuntunnaru, lekapothe ikodanni unchukuntunnaru. Kani ammayi bayatakochi cheppesariki, enneni matalu padalsosthundho ee comments chuste telusthundhi. Amey inti daggara chuttupakkala vallu kuda inkenni comments chestaro.

Elanti section lo naina 2% fraud cases untayi, and the same applies to exploitation of the marriage act. Dont exaggerate without knowing statistics.

Every year 500,000 girls in our country are aborted before they are even born and surprisingly the level of education only increases the rate of sex-selective abortions (how many mothers actually agree to kill their child), 8172 dowry deaths occurred in 2008 which is a 15% increase from the past decade and all of the victims were female. In the same year 293416 "cruelty by husbnd and relatives" cases went to trail, 7310 of them were withdrawn, 7710 of them were convicted while in 26637 cases, the perpetrators were released. 90% of women who were raped were wearing traditional indian clothing and were coming home from work/college during regular hours. In "dowry death" "Rape" "Sexual harrasment" all these cases, women mostly withdrw the complaint, if it goes to trial, most of them are released and dont get conviction and sometimes the process is soo long that finally a women loses hope and decides to just put up with the torture. And this is just 50% of the cases, because about 50% of the cases are not even reported.

So next time you fret and fuss about the injustice to men, think once about all the mothers who are forced to kill their unborn child. Think about the pain of burning skin. Think about how you would feel when you send your daughter to school and on the way she has to deal with road side romeos who whistle or say nasty things about her body, the dickheads who touch her inappropriately in the bus, or the principals and teachers who molest her ...and she is only 12 yrs old.

8:00 pm ....when you perceived some kind of injustice to a man u dont know, you became so frustrated and said all girls are b....

What should girls call men who have been subjecting them to discrimination form so many years. what word should that be.

    Anonymous said...

if the guy is impotent she should be given her divorce and ask to leave.....as simple as that..... if he is not impotent, the girl should be sent behind the bars......

    Anonymous said...

@8:37: good statistics, but may be better used somewhere else.

Victimisation anedi oka gender ki specific kaadu..men and women could be equally victimised. Most women are forced by women themselves to do things which you call as exploitation! Atta forces kodalu, kodalu forces her daughter! Its a chain for centuries!

Nobody in joint families would abort a girl-child, if the mother in law is against it!

As per prevailing law in India both spouse has equal right to get childran. If due to any reason if they are not able to get the childran, it is their paersonal matter. However if they want to get childran and their spouse is impotent, then the other spouse has the right to get the diverse based on this cause and get married again.

Evidence required is the other spouse saying he is impotent or getting the doctor certificate.

    However following is considered illegal

Second marriage without giving the divorce to the first spouse.
Getting childran anyotherways without getting the consent from spouse.

These anyotherways both spouses should have consent.

In this particular case, it seems other family members are accepting the otherways. however this girl is not accepting.
And they are forcing her to accept.

By considering the legality and the case situation she has the right to refuse and get the divorse.

She may not able to succeed in the point where they are not disclose this before marriage. Under normal circumstances it is not possible. She should provide some documentory evidence for the same if she would like to prove it.

Good luck. It is always better to dispose each case separatly and look in this circumstances.

Simply do not support or hate either male or female.

Without having the one other is not there.

Guys and girls use your energy in proper direction.
