How many people are from outside industry....just check probability....only few people from outside can shine with talent....just like Rajani,PrakashRaj,Raju,....these people are exception....who are writing comments they should understand the probality...Domination is always will be there Region,caste,religion etc. plays key role.It applies to Politics,beaurocracy etc.
