I strongly feel that new "prema sai baba" is some one created by trust members to heir this property. Looks like they are harassing this physically and mentally debilitated old man for his multibillion property.....pity all his followers for believing that he is a god....
BABA is is God He did more things than other Gods which Hindu Muslim Chrisitna Pray. If people can donate crores of rupees to me every day for just sitting at home and doing nothing, I can definitely build free hospitals, schools, houses etc.. If you dont consider me a GOD then, you are also a fool..

before he die he should confess in front of mankind that he can not save him self from death and he needs a savior to have eternal life. may be the creator can forgive him for his sinful life.

But we should first learn the street magic tricks to convince these followers..like making boodidhe in hands ( with ash tablets), bringing out lingam from mouth (hidden in the towel)..and grow long hair like this baba or bala sai baba (comedian of the century).. then we will get donations automatically from all these weak minded fools..
