    I am not fan of any one. I don't see any thing wrong with what Ram Charan said. He liked the director and he want to with work with director. I don't understand why people attach "non-local" or "local" attribute to the topic, how is creativity is related to location. If I wanted to work with Steven Spielberg, Is it wrong?. If any one has an issue they should make better film than other director, the industry should take this as a challenge and create more better films which are dependent on good story power rather than star power. If Telugu industry are shortage of resources, then the industry must establish good film institutes and use them.

    Today its a global village, no one can say I belong to this place, so preference must be given. One must work hard, gain the necessary skills and stand up on his feet, rather than using politicians statements like "I belong to so and so...".

    Even today, we can apply "Survival of the fittest" Darwin's principal every where. Only those who strive or work smar, will be able to fight the factors such as "corruption","political unfairness","power".

    Yes I agree most of the time "World is not fair", but you have two options either every day keep complaining about the unfairness or second option take control of your fate and change that. And once you are successful, make sure that other person will not face the same "unfairness" as you. This way you can bring +ve influence on individual's life one person at a time.

    we should work smart and survive our selves instead of taking support of these illogical statements by made corrupt politicians like "local,non local","andra, telangana". Finally we are Indians and more than that we are humans and change starts at our own home.

    I am A Great Admirer of Kota Srinivas Rao Garu. He didnt say anything against Importing Actors like Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal or Boman Irani. But, He spoke against less talented artists from other Film Industires

    Tapsee, Samantha, Shriya, Saloni, Jenelia, Illeyana, Anushka, Nitya menon, Tammana etc are not found in telugu..... Shraadha das, Charmee, Aksha all are ready for bikini scenes...not telugu amayilu. These chicks are ready to expose and not telugu girls....so just enjoy non locals.

    No language barriers should be there... no regional feelings should be there.... But one thing should be mandatory, whoever it is they should speak in telugu as they are acting in telugu movies... thats it. People need talent not nativity

    @kota..we respect your demand.
    @natti kumar: if you don`t shut up and act like a producer, shortly you will be fucked up .
    @shanker: you are talented, one side you are supporting telanagana and other side bullshiting with others.

    If both are equally talented, then producers should prefer local candidates, but one should not be biased just because of the location/place/nativity.We are all indians, so there shouldn't be any boundary. If everyone in US and UK and other countries think the same, then there will be no indians working abroad. It's all about talent, So don't complain and just work hard to meet the requirement.
