Very good. Divorce, abortion lantivi govt. should not decide when to give. Marriage lo problems tagginchatam kosam awareness programs develop cheyali kani avasaram ga divorce teeskovalsina vallani ibbandi pettakudadu - for example, in domestic abuse cases. There will always be people who will take divorce lightly, but it should be left to their choice.
Ok.. I agree its a good decision. But they should take steps to protect men too. If a woman is qualified enough atleast a bachelors degree, the husband shouldn't be paying her. Ofcourse if they have kids, both should support the kid equally. This will prevent abusing the law.
Inthaku mundu ammayi job chesedi kaadu kabatti husband wife ni poshinchali annaru. appudu adhi correct. kalam marindhi inkaa aa thokkalo rules pedithe ela? If wife is educated enough to get a job, she should live her life and let the man live his life
its good idea,Why are men now a days only talking about the financail matters ,what about emotional bounding ,that is the only reason now a days divorcee had becpme very common. When both of them work then what about childs growth?Do you men think its very easy that the children will grow by themselves. Why shouldnt husband not support for a educated women,Dont you understand That a housewife had more responsibilities than a working women. If women are working it doesnt mean that they want to be independent financially. It means to prove that they can do what men do and they can also do what men cannot do.If wife who is working is not to be supported by men what does that mean are they running a bussiness or roomates. First give importance to relations not the money and luxories. How much ever you earn people respond only to love not to money .They may respond intially but not long run...
only two window method is necessary...in one window marriage certificates will be issued and in the other, divorce certificates will be issued. Best is to start divorce via eseva too...then it will be easiest.
From every divorce, there should be 50-50% property distribution, both parties should pay 10% each from their share of property as a "divorce charge" to the Government.
@3:52... I was talking about after divorce which happens only after emotional breakdown. I agree responsibilities must also be shared in case of kids, but the law orders men to pay wife even though they don't have kids. I was talking about women who are abusing this law and the law needs to be tightened for such cases to protect men's rights.
Are you saying men are not abused and all women are best??
@6.17You are abosolutely right in both cases but i am showing you few truths i hope u ever noticed. I dont say men are not abused ,in most cases they are abused only when they allow there wife to do so.but in women even 90% cases women are abused and shown very low either they are working or not.If they are working until she gives her share into house she will be appreciated only in few men who are good, but in lots of cases its not the same. They are men who want there wife's to work and dont trust them. There are lots of women who o so illegal things i agree with that for those few all the women they generalized .I have seen lots of men who are not working and want there wife/s to work Its not at all wrong in some cases but ,because he might have no capacity to work but there are women who harass them in spite of the men does some work which may not be to that women's standard and whole household work but not appreciated by the women. Why do few men always be like jooru ka ghulam only those men are more harrassed than anybody else.
@7.16 I was just going through the comments above, but i havent seen anybody abussing anybody other than you "Your ass "do u think is this the way you comment on somebody who is giving there point of view.If you haven't gone through any of the situations you will never understand and dont dare to post some bullshit if you dont have any idea. Every comment of everybody shows your mirror images mind your words before commenting.....
90% is not correct. I can argue for 70%. I am debating for a fair law for both men and women. Women abused cases ekkuva undocchu, kaadananu, alagani abbayilaku anyayam cheyala? oka eye ki ekkuva sight undhi, rendo eye ki thakkuva sight undhi ani okate kannuki glasses prescribe cheyinchukom kada, rentiki vaati vaati prescription untundhi... idhi anthe. I am not a law person, ela cheyalo cheppalenu, ala andariki nyayam jarigela choodatame govt pani. edho ladies votes kosam ilanti picchi picchi laws pass chesthe oorukoru.
the new bill provides room for many to move to court, immaterial how much it is necessary. Indian marriage system has been appreciated by westerners as an institution based on emotional bondage. the new law steps into western shoes and thus making our tradition a laughing stock. many have expressed their impressions and opinions, however the rate of divorce increases only when emotions eclipse the reasoning. why can,t there be a counseling the couple move to court. where ever we go,go without ego and accept ground realities and try to get reconciled.let there be any changes in law, morals and ethics should prevail to defeat legal implications.

the new law is no doubt less painful, but completely sinful.
