Due to such few honest people, Indian society still survives else we might become another chaotic nation like Somalia fighting over religion,caste,community ,money etc.,
Also,Rachel Chatterji (chairman of APPSC) is another strict one. Srilakshmi (one in jail now in mining scam) was strict while serving as Vizag commissioner but somehow she changed later. God knows the reasons for her downfall. Glad that she is in jail and hope others too are put immediately in prison like C.Naidu,Jagan,KCR, Chiru(blood banks), etc.,
Qualifying exam for IAS can also be written in their own mother tongue (telugu, or marathi what ever language they want to write they can) and English ravadam ante US, or UK accent vesukuni matladadam kadu, language is to convey your thoughts and emotions.
