Every democratic and responsible country has the right to test missiles. However, chinese and Indian media are unnecessarily making issue out of it. The aim of India behind this test is not china, the aim is to have long range. Thats all!

DRDO - an substandard pseudo research organization - says unable to launch Agni V because of bad weather.
They actually postponed the launch of a missile due to bad weather. That was the most funniest thing I have ever heard.
