In USA there is reservation for minorities at a far more bigger scale than Asian countries, When i say Minorities Indians do come into that fold but its mainly seen from Black and Hispanic perspective and Indians are part of the reservation system. Reservation In terms of Education, Food Stamps, Elections, Minority Business and the list goes on. Every Indian in USA is a Reservation candidate but reservation never takes you to the top 5% and that's where white people in USA or the upper caste in India come in and they are the Employers. The truth is Indians have reservation in USA and American Indians have even more. This is not to say reservation is bad or not but its what it is. I see it like let the guy have reservation and study and work for me. By my mind set i am part of the 5%. The more the reservation the more resources that can work for me cheaply. Use the system and be part of the 5%, Reserved candidates will not make to that level, They will come from 25% to 50% because of that push and work for the 5%.
