but the real reason for jayaprada being so envy of sridevi is not wht u said... it might be one of the reasons but the actual reason is that: jayaprada entered bollywood before sridevi and by tht time sridevi was almost in her prime in south movies... jayaprada was having very good flow in hindi movies and after a while sridevi entered with solva sawan which was a utter flop... later she wasn't willing to do any more hindi movies
Himmatwala was supposed to be jayaprada's film but Jitendra wanted sridevi to act in tht film and thus it went to sridevi... it became a super hit and offers started to pour in for her
but still jayaprada had her stay in bollywood.... and they did pretty much all the remakes tht they did in telugu...
it was during Nagina time when the distance became more.... Nagina was offered to Jayaprada as tht role required expressions n good dance... jayaprada being a classical dancer thy offered the role to her but she is scared of reptiles and the role went to sridevi and it was a blockbuster and sridevi excelled in dance,action n expressions.... and since then offers seemed to go down for jayaprada not just bcoz of sridevi but new faces came in too...

Or in the wedding she meets Kamal's mom? I ADORED her in that movie. Where is that Jayaprada now? There's no dignity in her dressing in this show. She was an achamaina Telugu ammayi at 20 something years age. At 50 something she looks like a wannabe.

Really ANR is great. He developed without education. He is grown up intellectually. Very humble person. His kids should be grateful to have such a great person as their father. Nobody is great really. Many ppl think that they have degrees, well paid job, money property etc. And most of them are headstrong to have those things in their life. But in my opinion ppl grow as they use the opportunities which come in their life.
